Reseller and Agent Information:

WAASI, Inc. offers you two methods to refer customers. First, we offer a Reseller Program in which we remain anonymous to your customers and you bill your customers directly for plans and services. The second method, which is our Agent Program, is designed for those who would like to refer customers to WAASI, but would rather have us bill their customers directly. Both methods are described below.

Information about our Reseller Program:

Resellers are individuals or businesses who wish to purchase WAASI plans and services at a discount and resell them to their customers. Resellers may also lease dedicated servers at a discount. If you are a Reseller, we do not contact your customer. When you need a new Web account you would contact us to have it set up for you and we would bill you directly for it. If you lease a dedicated server from us, you would have the ability to set up new accounts yourself. As a Reseller, you handle support issues for your customers, although if you need assistance you may contact our Support Department to help you. Information about our Agent Program:

Agents are individuals or businesses who wish to refer customers to WAASI, but who would like to stay out of the billing arena. Agents receive monthly commissions on the accounts they refer to WAASI. Agents are required to assist their customers when needed, however, our Support Department is available to resolve technical support issues when requested by you or your customer.
