I submitted an order to transfer my domain name's record to your service, but the transfer failed. What should I do now?

1) Make sure the Administrator's Contact information, including the email address, is correct on the domain record at your current Registrar.

2) Check to make sure that the domain name is not locked at your current Registrar. If you find that it is, unlock it.

3) Login to your account at Service.Rapidsystem.Net, click on the link to list your domain names, then click on Resubmit which will appear to the right of the domain name that failed to transfer. Your Transfer order will be resubmitted but your card will NOT be charged again.
